Overnight stay in Venice, staying right in heart of the action. Landed at an aifield just outside of the city and then caught the water taxis into Venice itself.

Camping overnight at another amazing airfield complete with flying club and skydiving centre. A friendly local drove us to get some food amongst lots of amazed questions from the whole airfield about the plane and the trip.

Made very welcome, and even met the resident hawk and its handler, being used to keep the birds at bay.
